That image of Carine Roitfeld up there… well I just love it. I loved it when I first saw it, a while ago. I think it’s the rock chick thing she’s got going on, the bed head, the dark eyes, it’s calling my name!
Carine Roitfeld, is a former fashion model and writer and the editor-in-chief of Vogue Paris until 2011. Just in case you didn’t know!
There are quite a few items in the collection, all of which look fab, but I’m just showing you today the things I’d like to buy if I had the money.
First the Full Face Kits. I want both. They are £37 each and quite similar, they contain four eye shadows and Cremeblend Blush. Only problem I’d have with these is choosing which one I’d want, I’d have to see them in person and since I’m nowhere near a store I’m not sure which way to go. I think they are both gorgeous… There’s Jungle Camoflage and Desert Camoflage to choose from.
Then to go with it I’d absolutely have to have Tropical Mist lipstick, a sheer translucent nude. £15.50
Although I’ve no occasion to ever ever ever wear them I’m drawn to the Good Luck Star Stencils! £15.
I’m also keen to get the individual lashes… £10, I’m sure I’d get on better with them full lashes which I really struggle to apply!
Oh there are two nail lacquers too, Underfire Red (deep blood red – not pictured) and Undercover Nude (sheer clear nude). £11.
Now so far as I can tell, the rest of the collection are already existing products and tools. Which is fine. The idea of this collection is giving you everything you need to create the look, so along with the above, you’ll fine Blacktrack Fluidline, Studio Fix Fluid, Brushes, Tweezers, Brow Set and more.
So up my street. So fab. Due out next month, I’m going to try to gather some pennies for one of those palettes and the lippie at least I think. What about you?
